Wisconsin second in adding manufacturing jobs in 2018

The Milwaukee Business Journal reported on Monday that Wisconsin added the second-most manufacturing jobs among U.S. states in 2018, according to new Bureau of Labor Statistics data.

The data showed Wisconsin had a total of 490,000 manufacturing jobs as of November, which is 19,000 more than the state had in November 2017. Only Texas, which added 36,000 manufacturing jobs during the same period, added more than the Badger State.
