Why do we still deal with pesky salesmen?

 
 

I have been told by one of my customers that they have had an opportunity to deal with several machine tool salesman before and most of them….well the good ones are annoying and the bad ones you just don’t want to have anything to do with them. Interesting???

I have another customer who said that during a long machine evaluation, the salesman was calling several times a week and was pushy. He even went above the contacts to his boss to try and get a deal. And when that did not work, the salesman’s owner called him and apologized for his salesman’s aggressiveness. The contact thought maybe it was just that salesman until that owner keep calling him just as aggressively as the salesman, even though the contact expressed that their machine had been ruled out as it was not right for them.

In today’s premier post minute, we wanted to discuss how there is a different experience available.
