Firstly, the company profits from the greater production efficiency of the machinery. At Marbet the FlatMaster 80 levels approximately 85% of the roughly 1,500 tons of panels per month. Only two employees per shift are required to operate the ARKU FlatMaster 80. “Originally, roughly 20 employees were needed to hydraulically press the same number of sheet metal parts”, explains Adam Bo?, General Manager from Marbet.
In addition to the labor costs, this has enabled the Polish company to significantly reduce its costs for energy and services as they could close down some of their hydraulic presses.
